*Journey*

An extravagant musical produced by the always-talented Temasekians: Journey. This is my first time watching a musical and will always be remembered. Today just made me feel so ‘Temasek’ again.

Initially, I was having doubts about this musical. I did not think that it would be impressive; I did not think that it would be successful either. Luckily Pei Hui asked me to attend this musical as a Sec 2/2’01 outing or else I would have not known that my predictions were wrong.

The gorgeous Dian; the mindful Shazia; the bitchy Ren Feng; the atrocious Melissa; the tribal Henry; the dance team; the choir; the band; the music; the choreography; the props; the so-80s dressing; the Sang Nila Utama kingdom; the cranky/sexy concubine and the dimwitted kidnappers (Mano esp.), all so unforgettable. (oh…I bought the Journey edition of the Temasek Lion…so cute!)

To all Temasekians involved in this musical: Sorry that I had such a bad impression of this musical initially. I take my words back! You guys rock! Well done!

To Mr Oh: Nice songs! (i still don't know which are the ones you composed!) Miss being a PSL!

Had my Chinese ‘A’ levels oral today. It was a ridiculous arrangement. Only Yisheng and me had our oral today instead of Tuesday with the rest of our classmates. I was the last to be tested. I am so screwed for the examination…*sigh (really upset about it)

After the examination, I went to meet my Sec 2 classmates to go to the musical together. My Sec 2 class can be considered my favourite for my secondary schooling years. Despite being close to them then, they felt like strangers to me today. *sigh

When I reached home from the musical hungry and lonely, my mum scolded me because of a plate that I did return to the kitchen after using it before I left house today. Totally ridiculous! I was pissed and still am!

Whatever! I am going to ‘hiao’ with the choir peeps later, shall not let this affect my mood! Good night!
